At Doyle Bros, our environmental dedication is deeply ingrained in every aspect of our operations. Upholding the highest standards of sustainability, we proudly hold ISO accreditations for Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management, and are certified to the GECA Waste Collections Standard 2018. Our state-of-the-art Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Fairfield East, operating under NSW EPA Licence Number 20646, exemplifies our dedication to minimising environmental impact. By diverting over eighty percent of waste from landfills and transforming it into Processed Engineered Fuel (PEF), we’re not just managing waste; we’re actively contributing to a sustainable future.
DIVERTING WASTE FROM LANDFILL
Doyle Bros customers divert more than 80% of their waste from landfill. This is achieved by implementing complete waste solutions for all waste streams. Critical to the success of the systems is the commitment of the customer to educate the users of the system to identify recyclables and items such as organic waste and to deposit these items in the correct bin. Simple communication, branding and labelling allows for easy identification of which bin is the best for the waste or recycling generated.
